Vitulus Meat Analysis.
The latest advances in science and technology has enabled Vitulus to have its meat tested for the protein content, fat analysis and the Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio in a nationally accredited facility.

This beef was finished on grain for 70 days and you will see from the following results that there is no difference in the Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio to that of grass fed beef. Absolutely no difference at all.  Perhaps this is because our animals have access to grass as well.

We also wanted to see the difference between the external and internal (marbling) fat. What is perhaps most interesting is that there is a difference between the external and internal fat content, as the Wagyu breed have claimed for years. What’s even better is our Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio is perfect..so not only is our beef tasty its also good for you!
